On Saturday December 14th at 2:30pm, our students and teachers will dance the night away to raise funds for Capital Innovations Academy!
Schoolwide Goal: $5,000
Our school provides an excellent array of arts, science, tech, and other electives and majors that enrich our school. The funds raised for the Dance-A-Thon each year provide essential foundation funds for this majors & electives program to develop over time, providing more unique opportunities for our kids to learn, innovate, and thrive!
Student Prizes:
All students who raise at least $100 total will be given a homework pass. The last team and/or dancer standing (in the case that a winner has been the only one representing their team for an hour or more) will have their name/s printed on this year’s Dance-A-Thon trophy. Other prizes for enthusiasm, creativity, etc. will be awarded throughout the night as well as during the awards ceremony.
Capital Innovations Academy is a 501c3 nonprofit charity. All donations are tax-deductible. Please email Head of Education Sarah Barbulesco-Lamb at sbarbulesco@ourciacademy.com to receive a receipt for tax purposes.
